ICA RANKING SYSTEM
To be eligible for promotion, a pilot must request a promo-flight from an officer of the designated rank for the promotion desired. Upon successful completion of the requirements for the officers recommendation, the officer will send his recommendation for the pilots' promotion to the regiment commander. The ship commander will forward the recommendation with his endorsement or rejection to the Army Commander. Based upon the officers' recommendation, and the regiment commander's endorsement, the Army Commander will decide whether to grant or deny the promotion. Any promotion granted will be posted on either the League Message Board or the Navy Message Board. Should the promotion be denied, the Army Commander will send a message directly to the pilot stating the denial of promotion and may or may not include an explanation for the denial. For any promo recommendation in the *appointed* classification, the Army Commander will forward the recommendation with his endorsement or rejection to the Vice Admiral. Any recommendation for promotion to Captain and above would likewise need to be forwarded with endorsement or rejection through the Chain of Command to the Fleet Admiral.

therefore apply to all of WLP.

Dark Jedi, Jedi *Appointed*Must play two higher
ranking officers, and with a league command officer and
account for 85% of the match's total kills, in a game of
the higher ranking officer's choosing. Duties: Must be proficient in all areas of JK (sabers, weapons, and force) and be loyal to the regiment and the league. Must also show the ability to transfer knowledge and abilities. This rank, if you have earned it well, could get you in the position for running and managing your army's regiment in many, many ways. You should have thorough knowledge of every aspect and function of the league. |
Dark Warrior, Light Warrior *Appointed* Must play two higher
ranking officers, and with a league command officer and
account for 85% of the match's total kills, in a game of
the higher ranking officer's choosing. Duties: Must be proficient in one area of JK (sabers, weapons, or force) and be loyal to the regiment and the league. Must also show the ability to transfer knowledge and abilities. This rank will also guarantee a command position on either a regiment or in command status job. As a DW, LW, you are also expected to help train other young Jedi and give assistance to other higher or lower than you for your own Jedi training. |
Colonel *Appointed* Must play two higher
ranking officers and account for 80% of the match's total
kills, in a game of the higher ranking officer's
choosing. Duties: Must be proficient in one area of JK (sabers, weapons, or force) and be loyal to the regiment and the league. Must also show the ability to transfer knowledge and abilities. This rank will eventually guarantee you a command position somewhere. Either your own vessel or in a command status job. As a CO you have new responsibilities, not only to your Army but to your soldiers. Having this rank means you know and understand all the requirements for command. |
Lieutenant Colonel *Appointed* Must play two higher
ranking officers and account for 80% of the match's total
kills, in a game of the higher ranking officer's
choosing. Duties: Must be proficient in one area of JK (sabers, weapons, or force) and be loyal to the regiment and the league. Must also show the ability to transfer knowledge and abilities. This rank status makes you eligible for a command position in a regiment of your own. Most Maj, Maj, Lt Col will not receive their own regiment, but some that show great prowess and ability might get one. Anyone who holds this rank should be in extensive command training, if they are not already an XO or LO. |
Captain - Must play two

ranking officers kills in a game of your choosing
Duties: To train new ranking members from StfSGT down. |
Staff Sergeant - must play higher ranking officer and account for 80% of the ranking officers kills in a game of the your choosing |
